Returns
USA-Karaoke will gladly accept returns of product when accompanied by a valid return material authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number can be obtained by calling our return department during normal business hours. The RMA number should be clearly indicated on the exterior of any packaging used to return the product to USA-Karaoke. Any return must be authorized within fourteen (14) days of customer receipt of the shipment and include all original components and packaging.
Non-Defective Software
Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, we cannot provide a refund for opened software. We will issue a refund for unopened software within 20 days from the original purchase date. All non-defective software returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. You will bear all shipping costs for the return of non-defective software. We will refund the purchase price of the unopened software less the shipping cost. If you received free shipping on your order, you will be charged for the original shipping.
Defective Software
Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, defective software cannot be returned for anything other than replacement of the identical item purchased. Your merchandise will be tested by a technician before a replacement is processed. We will bear shipping costs for the return and the replacement of defective software up to a total of $10. However, we will not reimburse you for shipping costs if you return defective software via an expedited shipping method (i.e. Next Day, 2nd Day etc.). The shipping method used for the replacement is at our discretion. However, you have the option of paying for the difference of an expedited shipping method. You will bear any additional fees for special services such as carrier pick-up. Software replacements are shipped once we receive your defective software.
Defective Equipment Returns
Defective equipment may be returned to USA-Karaoke for exchange with identical products only. USA-Karaoke will arrange for the replacement product to be shipped to the customer upon receipt of the defective equipment. We will provide return shipment information including provision for paying for the return shipments.
If the equipment is found to be non-defective, it will be classified and processed as a ‘non-defective return’ and the cost of return shipment shall be deducted from the refund to the customer together with the restocking fee.
Non-Defective Equipment Returns
Any non-defective equipment is ineligible for refund, and is subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
